Item 8.01 Other Events.

The board of directors of SEACOR Marine Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) has established June 6, 2023 as the date of the Company’s 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2023 Annual Meeting”). The record date for the 2023 Annual Meeting will be April 17, 2023. The time and location of the 2023 Annual Meeting will be specified in the Company’s proxy statement for the 2023 Annual Meeting.
